Amaretto Cheese Cake (Amaretto Cheesecake)
- 2 ½ dl graham crackers
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 3 dl sugar
- 300 g sour cream
- 1dl corn flour
- 1 tsp vanilieessens
- ½ dl Amaretto liqueur
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Rusks friable into smaller chunks and mix them with sugar and melted butter. All squeezed into a tin.
Cream cheese, sugar, corn flour, sour cream, oatmeal and salt, mix well together. Then add the eggs one at a time. Mix Amaretto now in.
Pour over base and bake for approx. 60 min. The cake cool before eating.
