Chicken Salad
- 600 g Poulard, chicken or chicken
- 150 g of pale mushrooms
- 1 small can of canned asparagus pieces
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 150 g of fine peas
- watercress
- 100g mayonnaise
- 1 dl. creme fraiche
- 3-4 tsp. curry
- salt
- pepper
Chicken meat cut into small cubes or thin strips. Mix meat with sliced mushrooms, asparagus pieces, pepper cubes and peas. Turn all the ingredients in the dressing and salad to taste.
Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder together and it tastes good with salt and pepper. If it is real, can add a little cream or asparagus pickle.
