Meatballs in curry. A cheap hverdagsret is easy to do.
- 500 g frozen meatballs
- 1 large tbsp. butter
- 1-2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1 / 2 tsp. deleted curry
- 1 / 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 liter of water
Melt butter in with curry and paprika. Now add flour and whisk it together. Then add broth a little at a time and cook up after each addition. When the sauce has the desired thickness, add the meatballs and the court must now simmer for approx. 5-6 minutes.
Served with rice, bread and possibly. Mango Chutney
