- 500 g flour
- 3.5 dl milk
- 50 g yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 50 g sukat
- 75 g raisins
- 250g butter

- 125 g butter
- 200 g brown sugar (2 ½ dl.)

- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. bumped cloves
- 1 ¼ dl. milk
- 100g raisins
- 50 g chopped sukat
Butter Stir well with brown sugar and eggs, then stir in. soda mixed with other spices and turned into flour with raisins and sukat and stir alternately with milk in the dough. The dough portion in a greased cake form or jump form with peripheral action. The cake baked for approx. 1 hour at 170 degrees. Try. sticking a knitting needle into the cake. If no dough clings to have the cake ready.

Banana Cake with virtually no fat
- 4 bananas
- 2 1 / 2 dl sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tsp. vaniliesukker
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. cardamom
- 100g walnuts
- 150g raisins
- 3 dl wheat flour
- water as needed (see procedure)
Bananas mash thoroughly. Add to other ingredients and then add water so that mass is neither too thin or too thick. The mass must be tough. The mass is poured into a mold of appropriate size, lined with baking paper instead of fat. Cake bake in 40-50 minutes. in a preheated oven at 220 degrees. Baking time can vary slightly depending on the type used.
