Orange ice cream served in orange peel

  • 6 Oranges
  • 8 Eggs geblommer
  • 200 g Icing
  • 2 1 / 2 dl orange juice
  • Zest (1 orange)
  • 4 1 / 2 dl whipping cream

A slice cut the oranges in one end - the must be saved and put on the lid when you have filled in the ice shells. Cut around the orange flesh, and pit the meat out of orange with a spoon.
Eggs geblommerne whipped white and thick with icing sugar. Add orange juice and peel. Whipped cream and invert the egg mass. The mass is filled into orange shells, replace the lid on and put them in the freezer for 4-5 hours.

Apricot sorbet

Apricot Sorbet

  • 250g dried apricots
  • 5.5 dl water
  • 400 g of sugar cubes
  • Lemon zest (1 lemon)
  • Lime Must (2 limes)
  • 1 / 2 dl Lemon juice
  • 1 dl Eggs gehvide

The dried apricots soaked in water overnight. The water filtered from and executed in a saucepan with thick bottom with sugar cubes. The water brought to a boil and let boil vigorously for a few minutes. Remove saucepan from burner and stir lemon or lime shells that are cut very fine without the white, in syrups.
Add the soaked apricots in a blender. Blend them into puree and add the syrup. Si purée tube lemon juice and let it cool. The cold puree in the freezer and let it freeze into a mushy mass. Eggs gehviderne whipped very stiff and whip them then in the frozen apricot too weak speed with a whisk. The finished sorbet will be executed in the freezer again.

Banana split

Banana Split, also known as the Banana Split is a very easy and delicious ice cream dessert.

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 dl cream.
  • 1 liter of ice cream of your choice
  • Sauce of your choice

Bananas peeled and cut lengthwise into two pieces. Whipped cream to desired consistency. And the ice is cut into pieces as desired.

Ice established first in a dish or on a suitable dish, then added banana on top. Whipped cream placed in an appropriate amount between bananas. And finally garnished with a sauce of your choice, such as caramel sauce or chocolate sauce, and otherwise decorate at will.
