Lobster soup for 4-6 people
- ½ kg. Lobster / shrimp
- 2 Bulbs
- 3 Fish Bouillon cubes (about 1 liter of water)
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Curry
- 3 dl white wine
- 2-4 cl. Cognac
- 0.25 Cream
Onions chopped into fine small pieces and brown in a pan with some butter. Add spices and fry a little further. Now add the white wine and brandy and simmer for approx. 20 min. It all nedkøges with cream and tasted possible. with salt and pepper. Add any. a little corn flour.
Serve at no added the cooked lobster and prawns.
Enjoyed with bread and white wine.
