Cucumber drums as a starter, even for vegetarians
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 bunch chives
- 3 tablespoons cream
- salt & pepper
- lemon juice to taste
Cucumber are cut into smaller pieces, like drums, and punched out with a teaspoon. Then mash or aperture avocados with cream and spices. Clip then chives finely and stir most of the cream. On the last spread the filling into the cucumbers, and sprinkle the remains of chives over.
